I am a designer and team manager, living in Amsterdam. I have several years of experience in building happy teams and over 15 years experience as a UX designer.
I also have a cat.
I like to help people and teams grow. I believe in people over processes, in communication and working together to solve problems. I coach teams and team members so they can become more autonomous and confident every day.
